Support Options

As of 8/12/19 customers have the option for free or paid support for the ShopSync app.

  • Free users are limited to knowledge base access

  • Pro users are able to contact ShopSync support via email, chat, and access to our knowledge base.

If you subscribe to our Pro plan, it is good for 30 days. If you cancel prior to the renewal date, the subscription will expire on the next billing cycle and you will not be rebilled. We do not offer refunds.

Upgrading to the Pro support option

How to upgrade to the Pro support option
  1. Log into your Shopify store admin

  2. Choose Apps > ShopSync from the navigation area

  3. In ShopSync, click the Support tab

  4. Click the Upgrade button to subscribe to Pro and accept the recurring charge.

Downgrading to Free support

  1. Log into your Shopify store admin

  2. Choose Apps > ShopSync from the navigation area

  3. In ShopSync, click the Support tab

  4. Click the Downgrade button to subscribe to the Free support option.
